Slack is our internal communication tool at Learn To Be. Sign up for Slack by clicking here. After signing up, download the app to your phone and computer and you will have easy access to communicating with Learn To Be staff and other tutors.

This onboarding consists of self-paced short videos that will teach you everything you need to know to get started at Learn To Be. In the videos we'll cover how to use your portal account to connect with a student, message your student, schedule sessions, host your sessions through our platform, log your hours, and more! Videos can be watched on 1.5x or even 2x. Check out the onboarding videos here!

You can also watch this short 5 minute student portal tutorial created to help students/families navigate their portal. It's helpful context for tutors to understand what their student sees. 

CONNECT WITH A STUDENT

Search for available students at this link (or click "Find a Student" in the left sidebar from the Learn to Be tutor dashboard). On this page, you'll be able to look through student profiles and select the one you feel you're a best fit for. Don't see any students? Don't worry, we add new students almost everyday.
