An adult (eg, parent of the student or partner administrator) fills out an enrollment formon behalf of the student with basic information like parent email/phone number. That adult completes a profile about student's grade level, subject need and availability throughout the week.
After the profile is complete, tutors will look at this profile and select the student if they feel they're a good fit.
Through our platform, tutors and students (and parent) can communicate to schedule their weekly sessions. They can communicate through our platform itself as well as through SMS (via a masked number so no one has to give out their real phone number).
On the day of tutoring, tutor and student log into their learntobe.org account and join their session. The session itself is generally hosted on Zoom.
