Am I able to request a new tutor?

Yes. The first step is to communicate this with your current tutor (if you have one), so it doesn’t come as a surprise to them. You can then release your tutor by logging into your LTB dashboard and clicking the button ‘release tutor.’ 

You will be asked the reason why you are releasing your tutor and if you would like to be added back to the queue. Select ‘yes’ to be added back to the queue and your profile will become visible for other tutors to match with.
