How do I start a session?

After logging in to your LTB account, click on "session details" for the session you wish to start. You will be brought to the screenshot below.

*If you haven't scheduled the session, click on "schedule new session" and create the 1-on-1 event. Once the event is created you will be brought to the screenshot below.

You will see that there are 3 options for classrooms. Select a classroom and then click “Start A New Tutoring Session.” You will be taken into a classroom. 

Your student will be able to join your classroom by logging into their student account and clicking "Join Tutor's Classroom" right from the dashboard. But you can also share your unique classroom link with your student (shown in the session details). This link NEVER changes even if you use a different classroom. The unique link also allows the student to bypass the login process so if they can't remember their password, sharing this link is a good alternative.

Students will only be able to join you AFTER you’re inside the classroom. All sessions in Bigbluebutton, Zoom and Groupworld are automatically recorded.
