Can a student find another tutor in addition to their current one? Should they fill out the enrollment form again?

No! They don't need to fill out the enrollment form again to find a new tutor.

The student can request a new tutor from their account. Tell the family to log into their account and tap the "Find A Tutor" button. It looks like this in the student account:

From there, they will be able to complete their student profile for the subject they need help in. After they do that and tap the Save button, the process starts over again as before.

We will find a tutor for them. That tutor will communicate with them and they can schedule and host their weekly online sessions.
