How do I enroll a student for online tutoring?

There are two ways to enroll a student: via a partner-specific url and as an admin from your learntobe.org. Watch both videos, in order because it'll make more sense!


Enrolling via the partner-specific url

Every partner receives a partner-specific url they can share with families.

Families use this partner-specific url to enroll their student into online tutoring through our program.

The video below describes the process in detail, but here is an overview:

  1. Family visits the partner-specific url and fills out the form
  2. They tap submit and are prompted to create a password for their account on learntobe.org
  3. After creating a password, they are taken to a page to complete a student profile with a few more questions. When finished, they tap Save.
  4. That's it! We are now looking for a tutor and should have one for them within a day or two!

We have recruitment flyers you can also use to help recruit families. It has a QR code with the partner specific url on it.
