Tutor Application Page

Partner Admins at Learn To Be can access and view all tutor applications within their partnership. This section allows you to view all application statuses in one area or click onto a specific application to view the answers your member tutor submitted.

Overview

Below is a view of the tutor applications tab. The left menu is your primary navigation with links to your partnership's main data pages, and the columns in this view show information relevant to each tutor account such as: application status, submission date, tutor's name, email, answers to the application questions, and more! Each row is information specific to one tutor.

At the bottom, you can navigate pages by clicking the '<' and '>' arrows. You can also adjust the number of rows you want to see on each page, and you can download all the information on any screen by clicking the 'Download' button in the bottom right.

Note: If you click on a colored box (ex. 'status'), it will filter this list to only show applicants with that same subject. This will occur for other information any information in colored boxes. f you wish to remove the filter, click back onto Tutor Applications. Similarly, you can sort yes or no questions by your Tutor's response by clicking either the red x icon, or green checkmark icon.

Additional Side Navigation

On the left side of the screen beneath 'Tutor Applications' in the left menu are some predefined filters that partners frequently use.

Applied - shows a list of tutors from your partnership who have successfully submitted an application and are waiting for it to be reviewed.

Pending - shows a list tutors where Learn To Be found a problem with their application. Our team has reached out to the tutor and are awaiting a response in order to move forward with processing their application.

Not Pending - shows all applications that are not in the above 'Pending' category.

Search and Filters

Near the top right of the screen are your search and filter options. You can search for a specific tutoring connection by entering the text into the search bar and hitting 'enter.' You can filter which tutoring connections you see by clicking on the filter icon at the top and selecting your filter criteria.

Tutor Application Details

If you want to view more details about a tutor's application, simply click on the row. This will open the tutor application view. At the top you see the tutor application ID number and the applicant's first name.

The Details Tab contains all information related to the individual tutor's application.

NOTE: You do not have the ability to change information on the tutor's application.
